A: We aim to provide a cleaner within 4 days. However, in busy periods this may be slightly longer

A: Many factors such as size of rooms, levels of soiling etc will effect the cleaning time. For an accurate time assessment call or e-mail us with your cleaning requirements.

Q: Do we need to move any thing before the cleaner arrives?
A: It would be very helpful if smaller objects are cleared to enable us to carry out a more efficient service. Heavy objects do not need to be cleared.

Q: How long does it take to dry?
A: The average drying time is 3-4 hours.

Q: Do you provide a carpet/upholstery stain protection service (Scotchgard) :.
A: We provide protection suitable for carpets and upholstery.

Q: What hours do you operate?
A: We provide a 7 day service, 9am until 8pm.

Q: How can l pay?
A: We accept cash or cheque.

Q: Do you have a minimum charge?
A: Our minimum charge is £50

A: If you are not happy with the results we will come back and clean again free of charge.
